General Manager:  KELLY LASKA

Kelly Laska of New Britain will assume the position of General Manager at FFC during the 2019 season. For the past 7 seasons, Kelly has worked as Head Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Swim Team Coach, and Camp Supervisor for our day camp. She is passionate about maintaining a positive club experience, and is excited to assume her new role.

Kelly is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where she rowed Division 1 for the Women's Rowing team. Aside from rowing, Kelly was involved in several clubs including the Student Athlete Association and Read for America.

Director of Tennis: DAVID CONTOIS

David Contois a Massachusetts native who spent the 80's in Florida coaching at Bollettieri's Tennis Academy and traveling with juniors and pro players. After having moved back to Mass. in the early 90's, getting married, starting a family and spending most of the 90's in Mass. then the 2000's in Ct. David Has been Director of Tennis at both Public and Private clubs. Most recently Director of Tennis for the city of Glastonbury and Twin Hills Country Club in Mass.

David is also an Elite Ambassador for SNAUWAERT Tennis. David brings enthusiasm and passion to the game and the ability to get people excited about tennis. David's style of teaching is both forward thinking and progressive, while maintaining a light-fun atmosphere. David's longevity with this sport say's a lot about his dedication and value, longest job-9 years, second longest-8 years. David has a loyal following in New England going back 20+ years and is very proud of that fact. Taking care of clients/members is job 1.

Director Of Swimming:  SCOTT FERRIGNO

scott ferrigno director of swimming farmington field clubScott Ferrigno has over 14 years of being a pool director. He currently lives in Farmington CT, where he works for the high school. Scott is the Head Monitor for Farmington High School, as well as their swimming and diving coach. He also coaches girls track in the spring.

Scott has won the CHSCA coach of the year twice, along with the CAS/CIAC coach of the year. He has 26 swimming/diving titles and 4 girls track titles under his leadership. 

Coach Ferrigno began his swimming career at North Haven, where he was All-State. He continued his swimming and diving success at CCSU.
