Since 1964, the Farmington Field Club in Farmington, CT has offered opportunities for adults and children to socialize, join teams, play tennis, swim, take lessons, or just relax and have fun.
Our Facilities
Tennis
Clinics for all levels including a competitive team.
At the Field Club, our tennis courts have top of the line green Har-Tru and red clay courts that are professionally maintained. Our men's, women's, and mixed doubles groups are always looking for new competition. Our full-time tennis pro is on hand during the season to provide private or group lessons as well as organize and run clinics for all levels including a competitive team.

Platform Tennis
Available for play throughout the fall, winter, and spring months.
While the pool is closed for the winter season, the paddle courts are open. For those wishing to brave the brisk winter air, three paddle tennis courts are available for play throughout the fall, winter, and spring months. When the weather gets bitterly cold, a heated warming hut adjoining the courts may be used for "thawing and gnawing."

Swimming
Six-lane, 25-yard pool. Wading Pool. Dedicated diving pool.
When you come to the Field Club to go swimming, you will find three pools to choose from: a safe, circular wading pool with a play area; a full six-lane, 25-yard pool for swimming laps or simply cooling off; and a separate regulation diving pool. And a dedicated staff of trained lifeguards.

Competitive Fun
FFC has many opportunities for kids to develop skills through competition.
Swim Team
Any junior swimmer who can swim the length of the pool is welcome to join the team. The team competes in the Farmington Valley Summer Swim League.

Dive Team
The dive team seaon runs from mid-June through the end of July. The club competes against other area clubs that have diving facilities.

The junior tennis team practices daily and competes with area clubs one or two afternoons per week. The season runs from mid-June through mid-August.

Kelly Laska
General Manager
Kelly Laska of New Britain will assume the position of General Manager at FFC during the 2019 season. For the past 7 seasons, Kelly has worked as Head Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Swim Team Coach, and Camp Supervisor for our day camp. She is passionate about maintaining a positive club experience, and is excited to assume her new role.

David Contois
Tennis Director
David Contois a Massachusetts native who spent the 80's in Florida coaching at Bollettieri's Tennis Academy and traveling with juniors and pro players. After having moved back to Mass. in the early 90's, getting married, starting a family and spending most of the 90's in Mass. then the 2000's in Ct. David Has been Director of Tennis at both Public and Private clubs.

Scott Ferrigno
Pool Director
Scott joins FFC in 2016 and is the Pool Director. He brings a wealth of knowledge with his 14 years of being a pool director for Shuttle Meadow CC. Scott, is the boys and girls swimming/diving coach for Farmington High School.
