General Manager:  JOSHUA LAMAY

Joshua LaMay General Manager farmington field clubJosh LaMay of Haddam will assume the position of General Manager at FFC during the 2019 season. Josh is a physical education/health teacher at Cromwell High School and has also worked for the past 10 seasons as Aquatics Director for Wallingford Parks and Recreation. His experience supervising up to 35 aquatic staff and programs in Wallingford will serve him well in his new position at FFC.

Josh is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and later continued his education at Southern Connecticut earning a Masters Degree in Recreation Administration and a Sixth Year Degree in Educational Leadership. His family also coordinates an annual golf tournament in memory of his father that has raised over $140,000 for local youth organizations and college scholarships.

In addition to his teaching role, Josh is the current varsity coach of the Cromwell Cross Country Team and the Cromwell Middle School Boys Basketball Team. Josh is enthusiastic and creative. He brings his many years of leadership experience, dedication, and positive attitude to FFC.

Tennis Director:  REINALDO VALOR

Reinaldo Valor Tennis Director farmington field clubReinaldo has extensive experience in coaching and teaching tennis and was a former top junior and collegiate player, reaching the No. 1 doubles and No. 2 singles positions at North Carolina State. In addition to his years teaching at clubs in Florida, Reinaldo has coached college teams for seven years, initially in Georgia and currently in Connecticut. As a national-caliber junior player, Reinaldo competed against the likes of Andy Roddick, Mardy Fish, and Lleyton Hewitt. He holds certifications in personal training and high performance sports conditioning.

Director Of Swimming:  SCOTT FERRIGNO

scott ferrigno director of swimming farmington field clubScott Ferrigno has over 14 years of being a pool director. He currently lives in Farmington CT, where he works for the high school. Scott is the Head Monitor for Farmington High School, as well as their swimming and diving coach. He also coaches girls track in the spring.

Scott has won the CHSCA coach of the year twice, along with the CAS/CIAC coach of the year. He has 26 swimming/diving titles and 4 girls track titles under his leadership. 

Coach Ferrigno began his swimming career at North Haven, where he was All-State. He continued his swimming and diving success at CCSU.
